Associate Media Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee performance-driven digital communications planning and buying across multiple channels for healthcare clients.

• Act as a key member of the media team, reporting directly to the Media Director.

• Collaborate with and advise clients on marketing challenges and media strategies.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the media team effectively.

• Ensure accountability for all team outputs and deliverables.

• Establish and maintain processes for strategic, efficient, integrated activation and collaboration across the department.

• Cultivate and sustain client relationships.

• Manage integrated media planning and execution across both digital and traditional/linear media platforms.

• Analyze and measure success, providing performance insights to clients.

• Create and present strategic presentations, thought leadership pieces, and points of view.

• Take on account-oriented client management and team project management duties as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams and effective communication.

• At least 3 years of managerial experience supervising a team in a media or full-service advertising agency.

• Experience with multichannel media, encompassing both digital and traditional/linear media formats.

• Background in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare or Medical Device sectors.

• Knowledge of media strategy and the creation of comprehensive media solutions.

• Ability to work collaboratively with clients as partners throughout the process.

• Capable of taking on account-related responsibilities, including client management and team project oversight.

• Skilled in driving thought leadership, developing points of view, and creating innovative business presentations.

• Ability to instill client confidence as a trusted advisor.

• Strong storytelling and presentation skills; adept at crafting and delivering strategic presentations and thinking quickly.
