
Associate Marketing Specialist, Surgical Robotics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +4 more countries.
• Oversee the implementation of marketing initiatives for EMEA Surgical Robotics, which includes planning, aligning stakeholders, establishing timelines, and conducting follow-ups.
• Assist in the organization and execution of congresses, customer events, demonstrations, workshops, and additional regional marketing efforts.
• Manage logistics, materials, and vendor coordination for events and programs.
• Handle operational elements of the regional demo program, including scheduling equipment, managing logistics, and ensuring supporting materials are prepared.
• Coordinate the localization, review, approval, and distribution of marketing and sales enablement materials tailored for EMEA markets.
• Work in partnership with regional marketing, country marketing, sales, medical education, compliance, event coordinators, and external collaborators.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and marketing assets.
• Maintain libraries of marketing content and resources for enablement.
• Assist in process improvements, document best practices, and promote operational excellence throughout the EMEA region.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Communications, or a similar field.
• Initial career experience in marketing, project coordination, events, sales support, or commercial operations.
• Prior experience in healthcare, medical devices, or any other regulated industry is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination capabilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines concurrently.
• Experience in supporting marketing events, congresses, customer programs, or field marketing initiatives.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficient in working effectively within a cross-functional, international matrix environment.
• A customer-centric mindset.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to execution quality, and adept problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other digital collaboration tools.
• Willingness to travel across the EMEA region approximately 30–60% of the time, based on congresses, demonstrations, and regional marketing activities.
