This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• You will create and provide educational resources across all platforms, including digital learning environments, ensuring that the content is high-quality, evidence-based, and customized for our clients.
• You will ensure that markets have scalable tools, templates, and resources to localize and implement educational programs effectively.
• You will develop regional foundational materials that align with the professional education strategy.
• You will collaborate with medical affairs to convert clinical evidence into accessible and engaging education solutions for a variety of healthcare professional segments.
• You will work closely with the customer experience team to identify insights and unmet educational needs to guide the evolution and enhancement of education initiatives.
• You will provide marketing and educational resources to assist sales teams in their clinical selling and advocacy endeavors.
• You will manage cross-functional projects to enhance the quality, consistency, and scalability of educational initiatives.
• You will report to the Sr. Marketing Manager, Professional & Patient Education, EMEA.
• You possess a degree in Life Sciences or a relevant clinical background (MD, RD, RN, PharmD, NP, etc.).
• You have experience in medical or healthcare marketing, with a preference for diabetes or chronic disease management.
• You demonstrate a proven ability to create easily understandable educational materials by distilling information into concise and highly engaging content for various user types.
• You collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and excel in fast-paced settings.
• You are fluent in English and are open to traveling across the region as necessary.
• Experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical environments is a plus.
