Associate Marketing Manager, Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Assist in the formulation of the Belgian marketing strategy in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager Benelux, translating it into clear and actionable local execution plans.

• Oversee the complete execution of marketing initiatives in Belgium, guaranteeing timely and high-quality delivery across various campaigns, events (both online and live), and content.

• Tailor and localize regional (EMEA/global) campaigns for the Belgian market, ensuring they are relevant and compliant.

• Work closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal teams to create and approve materials that align with local requirements.

• Lead both HCP (B2B) and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing initiatives, ensuring a consistent and customer-focused strategy.

• Manage agencies and external partners to deliver cohesive, multi-channel campaigns (including digital, PR, events, and content).

• Track campaign performance and key KPIs, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.

• Enhance market understanding by gathering insights on customer needs, competitive landscape, and the healthcare environment in Belgium.

• Ensure alignment with broader Benelux and EMEA priorities while representing the specific requirements of the Belgian market.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of marketing experience, ideally in the healthcare sector or a regulated environment.

• Proven experience in both HCP (B2B) and DTC marketing, with strong capabilities in multi-channel campaign execution.

• Highly organized and adept at managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent collaboration skills across various functions (marketing, sales, medical) and levels (local to EMEA).

• Proficient in Dutch and French, with strong English skills for effective international collaboration.

• Hands-on, proactive, and focused on execution, with strong communication skills to engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
