Associate Marketing Manager – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Provide support to the EMEA Marketing Manager team by facilitating communication among team members and offering organized assistance.

• Assist with various marketing initiatives such as the production of marketing materials, project management, campaigns, market research, and competitor analysis.

• Aid in the preparation and execution of events, which includes handling administrative tasks and managing materials.

• Contribute to clinical marketing topics by providing updates, drafting slide overviews, and sharing information.

• Conduct research, review, and summarize pertinent publications.

• Collaborate with teams in the US to gain insights into market activities in the US.

• Be prepared to travel up to 30% during peak times for events and on-site support.

• Gradually assume responsibility for projects and topics as your experience expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.

• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in marketing or sales, preferably supporting project work and other marketing-related activities within the healthcare/MedTech sector.

• A foundational understanding of therapy areas, reimbursement processes, and market dynamics.

• Basic skills in project management and data analysis.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

• Experience in endovascular procedures is advantageous.
