• Establishing performance goals for the team, consistently tracking workload and progress

• Leading initiatives to enhance candidate feedback systems

• Offering direction to the team on crafting job descriptions for operational positions

• Collaborating with industry associations to connect with contingent workers

• Ensuring the deployment of analytics and reporting frameworks to monitor recruitment metrics

• Optimizing recruitment processes for both permanent and contingent workers in operational roles

• Spearheading automation efforts to minimize manual tasks in the recruitment process

• Solid understanding of procedures and concepts within one's own discipline, as well as familiarity with related areas

• Management and operational oversight of a large or moderately complex business or technical support team

• Prioritizing tasks for the team to ensure timely completion of responsibilities
