Associate Manager, Paid Search

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the daily execution, optimization, and reporting of paid search initiatives.

• Oversee and enhance paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google (Search, Shopping, Demand Gen, PMAX, YouTube) and Bing.

• Develop and implement campaigns on Google/Bing, including conducting keyword research, structuring campaigns, targeting audiences, performing A/B testing, reporting, and ongoing optimization.

• Lead the testing strategies for search and shopping campaigns.

• Drive outcomes to meet essential performance indicators, including return on ad spend (ROAS).

• Manage budget allocation and forecasting for Google Ads.

• Create regular reports and presentations to relay campaign results, insights, and recommendations.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Ecomm, Influencer, and Paid Social to promote best practices.

• Keep informed about the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in search marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in search marketing with a demonstrated ability to manage successful campaigns and achieve measurable results.

• Proficient in the Google and Bing Ads platforms.

• Demonstrated expertise with Google/Bing Merchant Center.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (including oral, written, non-verbal, intuitive, and psychic abilities).

• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practices.

• Excellent analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights.

• A creative problem-solver with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

• Highly organized with outstanding time management abilities.
