Associate Manager, Marketplace & Channel Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee weekly reporting for Amazon, QVC, iHerb, and emerging retail channels, including TikTok Shop as required.

• Analyze Amazon agency reports to uncover performance drivers and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Convert data into concise, actionable insights for the Director and the wider team.

• Manage item setup and catalog updates across various marketplace and retail channels.

• Coordinate essential inputs such as content, imagery, pricing, claims, and SKU/UPC information.

• Keep track of launches, promotions, content updates, compliance matters, purchase order status, and follow-ups.

• Ensure that execution is precise, timely, and in accordance with established procedures.

• Monitor agency and broker deliverables and follow up to guarantee their completion.

• Assist in competitive analysis for key products (pricing, content, ratings, promotions, share of voice).

• Collaborate with the Amazon agency to oversee and address account health challenges (suppressed listings, stranded inventory, buy box issues, policy flags).

• Spot opportunities to enhance or streamline reporting and operational processes.

• Start utilizing AI and automation tools to minimize manual tasks and boost efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in marketplace, ecommerce, retail operations, catalog operations, or account support.

• Practical experience with Amazon (Seller Central, Vendor Central, reporting tools).

• Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities (Excel / Google Sheets).

• Proficient in interpreting data and converting it into clear actionable steps.

• Strong project management skills and ability to ensure follow-through.

• Familiarity with marketplace platforms.

• Experience with retailer portals.

• Background in collaborating with agency partners.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• High degree of organization and meticulous attention to detail.
