Associate Manager, Learning & Development Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational execution of Learning & Development initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule, within defined parameters, and in alignment with organizational goals.

• Create and uphold standardized procedures and operational workflows that facilitate scalable learning implementation.

• Collaborate with program managers, facilitators, HR partners, and vendors to guarantee smooth program delivery.

• Direct the planning and execution of virtual, hybrid, and in-person learning experiences.

• Provide guidance, coordination, and leadership for a team of L&D direct reports to ensure program preparedness and effective delivery.

• Handle logistics for in-person leadership programs, workshops, and educational events.

• Assist in the administration and optimization of the learning management system (LMS) and associated learning technologies.

• Oversee internal communications and marketing efforts for Learning & Development programs, including program announcements, enrollment drives, and employee engagement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Organizational Development, Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR program management, learning operations, or similar HR program delivery positions.

• 3+ years of experience in managing people, including at least 2 direct reports.

• Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, boost efficiency, and drive business outcomes.

• Experience in supporting or coordinating corporate learning programs or HR initiatives.

• Strong organizational, project coordination, and event scheduling abilities with a capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Familiarity with learning technologies or HR systems.

• Experience in facilitating and leading instructor-led training sessions and workshops in both virtual and in-person settings.
