• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in either a corporate or startup setting, emphasizing retention and product marketing in a B2C context
• Proficiency across the entire marketing mix
• Demonstrated success in enhancing retention and boosting customer engagement
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities
• Experience in developing affordability or value propositions
• Exceptional ability to influence cross-functionally
• A creative and collaborative approach to problem-solving
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Education: Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
