Associate Manager – Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in monitoring compliance for the U.S. Speaker Program within a prominent biopharmaceutical company.

• Execute compliance monitoring through live sessions, data analysis, and process assessments.

• Examine activities related to the speaker program, including documentation, payments, meals, attendance, contracts, and training records.

• Recognize compliance risks, control deficiencies, and recurring patterns.

• Record findings and aid in the escalation and remediation processes.

• Keep track of monitoring tools, reports, and relevant documentation.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for follow-ups and necessary documentation.

• Support risk-based sample selections and monthly monitoring tasks.

• Create monitoring reports and performance metrics.

• Assess supporting documents and oversee remediation efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare compliance, auditing, monitoring, or risk management.

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical speaker programs and healthcare professional (HCP) compliance requirements.

• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication abilities.

• Skilled in Excel and various data/reporting tools.

• Capacity to work autonomously, juggle multiple tasks, and manage confidential information.
