This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Develop and implement data-driven lifecycle strategies that enhance merchant and DDFB acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Take ownership of the analytical and technical foundations of retention programs, utilizing SQL, forecasting, and experimentation.
• Collaborate across various functions including Analytics, BI, Engineering, and Marketing to design and execute experiments.
• Create and maintain scalable audience and data systems.
• Foster continuous optimization through thorough performance analysis.
• Recognize merchant trends and highlight opportunities for intervention throughout the lifecycle to enhance retention and growth.
• Establish and expand standardized audience segments using SQL to facilitate repeatable, high-impact lifecycle strategies.
• Create forecasting models to assess opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and quantify the anticipated impact of campaigns and experiments.
• Design and evaluate experiments to measure incrementality, identify performance drivers, and refine lifecycle strategies.
• Define and implement data logic to support automated lifecycle programs across various channels.
• Develop dashboards and reporting structures to offer insights into campaign, experiment, and program performance.
• Set measurement standards and attribution frameworks to guarantee consistent and reliable performance tracking.
• Promote operational rigor and scalability in Merchant and B2B retention programs by establishing foundational systems and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 4 years in analytics, growth marketing, strategy & operations, consulting, or a related field.
• Proficient SQL skills and experience working with large, intricate datasets to create audiences, troubleshoot issues, and derive insights.
• Demonstrated experience in forecasting, modeling, and converting data into actionable business strategies.
• Practical experience in designing experiments and analyzing campaign performance, including incrementality and causal impact assessments.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams (BI, Engineering, Data) to construct data pipelines, ETLs, or scalable data infrastructure.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, lifecycle marketing systems, or engagement tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to operate independently and prioritize high-impact tasks.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working cross-functionally across Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Operations.
• A proven history of building scalable processes or systems from the ground up in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
