Associate M&A Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the transaction process from Letter of Intent (LOI) to the closing phase for the acquisition of new network companies.

• Prepare, assess, and negotiate transaction agreements independently.

• Handle various aspects of daily transaction execution effectively.

• Draft and evaluate letters of intent along with associated agreements.

• Supervise the closing procedures for newly acquired entities.

• Assume significant responsibility for closing mergers and acquisitions and related transactions.

• Perform due diligence assessments.

• Assign tasks to paralegals and other supporting personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

• Proven experience in drafting documents pertinent to mergers and acquisitions.

• Proficient in conducting due diligence for M&A transactions.

• Experience in evaluating and analyzing potential acquisitions and partnerships.

• Excellent drafting and analytical abilities.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Highly organized.

• Effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

• Capability to manage several projects simultaneously.
