Associate – M&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop valuation models for the company, as well as merger and advanced financing models.

• Create business plans and conduct strategic analyses, including corporate presentations.

• Quickly adapt to new industries and business models.

• Prepare and execute transactions efficiently.

• Manage subprojects independently.

• Aid in the due diligence process, both from a substantive and logistical perspective.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in Corporate Finance, particularly focusing on M&A transactions.

• Strong analytical skills in company assessment and valuation.

• Excellent teamwork abilities and capacity to collaborate within interdisciplinary project teams, along with a willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

• Proficiency in both German and English, with strong written and spoken skills.
