• Support students in setting up and managing their accounts.

• Offer comprehensive assistance on how to access and utilize the resources available on the Sophia platform.
• Clarify the functionalities and features of Sophia.
• Aid students in resolving login issues by providing instructions for password resets.
• Troubleshoot basic technical problems.
• Recognize and escalate more complex issues to the relevant internal teams.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Contact Center/Admin role (phone/chat) is preferred.
• Experience in the education or academic sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred, particularly Spanish speakers.
• High school diploma is required.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
