• Formulate and execute strategies to achieve sales objectives.
• Acquire in-depth understanding of the marketplace for our brands within the designated territory.
• Collect and analyze pertinent data and insights through interactions with customers and stakeholders, as well as other accessible resources.
• Develop, oversee, and assess customer engagement plans for all relevant prescribing centers, including cross-functional support activities from all pertinent Sobi workstreams.
• Identify and evaluate market opportunities and collaborate with the local team to establish tactics that maximize business potential.
• Disseminate and relay market intelligence and customer insights internally among team members.
• Implement the account plan/brand plan and make ongoing adjustments as necessary.
• Analyze and monitor sales performance and activities, including expenditures.
• Serve as the primary contact for our brands within the territory: Initiate and carry out customer activities.
• Identify and engage with Key Opinion Leaders and other significant stakeholders in the territory.
• Share initiatives that represent best practices.
• Certified as a Pharmaceutical Representative.
• Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in key account management, network management, or similar client-facing roles.
• Exceptional communication and influencing abilities.
