This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in pre-market and internal deal initiation discussions to gain a thorough understanding of the seller’s business, value drivers, risks, and market positioning.

• Take the lead in proactive outreach and engagement with potential buyers.

• Effectively convey the narrative of the deal.

• Assess and manage the interest of buyers.

• Cultivate significant relationships with prospective buyers.

• Evaluate buyer information and consolidate feedback.

• Act as a central hub for coordination between buyers and the deal execution team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial services sales environment.

• Possession of FINRA Licenses: SEI, Series 63 & 82 is essential.
