Associate Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Observe and collaborate in teaching courses alongside seasoned Instructors, gradually assuming more delivery responsibilities as skills improve.

• Assist in delivering training to customers, partners, and staff under the mentorship of Senior Instructors.

• Help evaluate individual and group training requirements for the assigned courses.

• Collect and synthesize feedback after sessions to enhance the training content and delivery continuously.

• Establish effective working relationships with learners and stakeholders by providing dependable, professional support.

• Actively enhance knowledge of BeyondTrust software products and related technical concepts.

• Utilize various knowledge resources such as KB articles, Teams chats, and technical documentation proactively.

• Acquire and utilize team processes, instructional tools, and delivery platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, LMS).

• Request coaching and feedback from Senior Instructors to expedite skill development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent international qualification, or a combination of education and relevant experience.

• 0–2 years of professional experience, which may include internships, co-op placements, academic teaching roles, or relevant project experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present or facilitate in front of groups comfortably.

• A willingness and capability to learn technical concepts and enablement tools at a rapid pace.

• Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
