This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive increased trading volume and market share for the Global Markets business, focusing on crypto-native firms such as protocols, VCs, and other buy-side entities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries related to global markets across various client segments.
• Develop and implement sales methodologies and operational processes to enhance offensive go-to-market strategies.
• Assist in shaping the targeted go-to-market strategy that encompasses marketing, business operations, and client experience.
• Lead campaigns or projects tailored to clients or products that will generate new business opportunities and enhance the offerings of Anchorage Digital.
• Represent Anchorage Digital as a brand ambassador, engaging in industry events and cultivating a network of clients and peers within the industry.
• Utilize industry expertise and customer insights to inform business strategies and guide the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with various departments to successfully close deals and ensure an exceptional experience for clients.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in sales trading or prime brokerage sales.
• At least 2 years of direct experience within the crypto industry.
• Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for blockchain and cryptocurrencies, including aspects like staking and governance.
• A robust network of institutional clients and industry peers engaged in the digital assets sector.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
• Exceptional communication abilities, relationship management skills, and sales expertise.
