Associate, Information Assurance Services, SOC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with lead auditors and audit teams to conduct audits for clients across various industries worldwide.

• Engage in client communications, walkthroughs, and observations.

• Contribute to audit planning activities, including the creation of project timelines and document request lists.

• Perform testing of clients’ internal controls.

• Support internal initiatives such as process enhancements.

• Assist with projects involving multiple audit standards and/or frameworks, including HIPAA and HITRUST.

• Aid clients in optimizing their opportunities as part of Aprio’s Information Assurance Services SOC team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness to work Night-shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT).

• Work Arrangement: Remote.

• One or more industry-related certifications or a commitment to obtaining relevant certification(s) such as CPA, CISA, CISM, and CISSP.

• Bachelor's Degree (required), preferably in Accounting, Management of Information Systems, Computer Security, or a related field.

• Minimum GPA of 3.3.

• Graduate Degree preferred, ideally in Accounting, Management of Information Systems, Computer Security, Audit, or a related field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to produce high-quality testing and audit documentation.

• Enthusiasm for continual learning and professional development.

• Dedication to outstanding client service and a creative problem-solving approach with a consultancy mindset.

• Flexible, proactive self-starter capable of interacting with various levels of client and firm management.

• Capability to manage personal schedule effectively to coordinate multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines.
