Associate Implementation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of delivering customer configurations and home plans within the Higharc platform.

• Convert home plans, verify configurations, and create documentation that aligns with the standards expected by Higharc's builders.

• Keep track of tasks and document progress to assist in managing milestones during active implementations.

• Act as the primary contact for builders' inquiries on a daily basis, aiding in the adaptation of their products and documents into Higharc-compatible formats.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, maintaining high standards and accountability for your output.

• Identify and record product issues — including bugs, gaps, and edge cases — and escalate them clearly to the Implementation Lead and Product team.

• Engage in customer on-site visits and internal project evaluations to enhance your understanding of builder environments and Higharc's implementation strategy.

• Travel up to 10–20% for customer on-site visits and company retreats.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in homebuilding, architecture, construction, or a related technical field — or equivalent experience in CAD/BIM production settings.

• Proficient in industry-standard CAD/BIM software with experience on intricate projects.

• Proven ability to deliver precise, high-quality work within deadlines in collaborative team settings.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with both internal teams and client contacts.

• An organized and proactive approach to managing your workload, with a tendency to address issues early on.

• A genuine interest in homebuilding processes, option management, and plan documentation.

• Direct experience with homebuilding workflows, production plans, or builder option configuration is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with construction documentation standards or residential architecture is considered a significant benefit.
