Associate Implementation Consultant – Food & Nutrition Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee both on-site and remote implementations of the NetMenu platform, emphasizing back-of-house food production processes in healthcare and higher education settings.

• Provide extensive training to kitchen and food service teams, imparting best practices tailored to back-of-house workflows such as inventory management, retail menu operations, purchasing and receiving, and requisitions.

• Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure effective integration of NetMenu into food production and kitchen operations across various campuses and sites.

• Keep documentation updated, including agendas, status reports, and implementation plans. Achieve revenue and billable utilization targets through successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

• Continuously enhance your expertise in NetMenu and related Illumia systems to remain the trusted expert in food production, kitchen operations, and item and recipe management implementations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 1 to 3 years of practical experience in back-of-house kitchen operations within a healthcare or higher education environment.

• Comprehensive understanding of food production operations, including inventory management, retail menu operations, purchasing and receiving, and requisitions across campuses or sites.

• Thorough knowledge of item and recipe creation, including production recipes, yield testing, and standardized recipe management.

• Significant experience with relevant systems and proficiency in training and presenting.

• Exceptional writing, communication, interpersonal, and human relations skills.

• Strong time management, decision-making, and organizational capabilities.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

• Ability to effectively manage stressful situations.
