This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with the HRBP Lead to provide support to leaders and managers within designated business groups.
β’ Assist in preparing leaders for performance management, talent evaluations, calibration meetings, and discussions with employees.
β’ Contribute to organizational design and workforce planning projects.
β’ Aid in change management initiatives, team restructuring, and organizational communications.
β’ Facilitate the administration, analysis, action planning, and follow-up of employee engagement surveys.
β’ Support strategies for employee feedback, including focus groups, skip-level meetings, and pulse surveys.
β’ Identify recurring themes and trends from employee feedback and offer suggestions for enhancements.
β’ Collaborate with managers to develop impactful team-level action plans.
β’ Assist in performance review cycles, talent assessments, calibration meetings, and succession planning efforts.
β’ Help managers formulate development plans and growth opportunities for their employees.
β’ Ensure consistency in performance management practices throughout the organization.
β’ Aid in promotion and career development processes.
β’ Collaborate on manager training and leadership development programs.
β’ Contribute to the creation of scalable people programs that enhance manager capabilities and organizational efficiency.
β’ Assist in the development of resources, toolkits, and frameworks to aid managers in addressing people-related challenges.
β’ Support workforce planning and headcount management activities.
β’ Work alongside the HRBP Lead on employee relations issues.
β’ Assist in investigations, performance management procedures, coaching plans, and employee concerns.
β’ Monitor trends and suggest proactive measures to enhance team well-being and managerial effectiveness.
β’ Analyze people metrics and deliver insights regarding engagement, retention, performance, turnover, and organizational health.
β’ Create presentations and executive-level summaries for leadership teams.
β’ Utilize data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities within the supported organizations.
β’ 3β6+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Talent Management, Employee Experience, or a related HRBP role.
β’ Proven experience collaborating with managers and supporting employee relations, performance management, and employee experience initiatives.
β’ Strong skills in project and program management.
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Ability to navigate uncertainty and excel in a dynamic environment.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Experience in a high-growth technology company is preferred.
