This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Ensure the precision of employee data and carry out regular updates to records throughout the employment lifecycle from hiring to retirement.
β’ Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including following up with employees, completing employment verifications, and handling other administrative responsibilities.
β’ Address and resolve standard employee inquiries and requests promptly, escalating more complex issues as necessary.
β’ Establish and maintain personnel files, ensuring that all documentation is accurately filed and remains confidential.
β’ May be required to produce basic HR reports as necessary to assist with general HR inquiries.
β’ Aid in conducting data audits to ensure consistency and accuracy across all HR systems.
β’ Work alongside the HR team to contribute to various HR initiatives and projects.
β’ Use a case management tool to monitor and prioritize requests effectively.
β’ Provide administrative assistance for diverse HR functions, including but not limited to benefits, compensation, and talent acquisition.
β’ 1-2 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or related role, or completion of post-secondary education in this field.
β’ Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or other data management tools is advantageous.
β’ A customer service-oriented mindset with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
β’ Capability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including basic Excel functions.
β’ Experience with Google Workspace is beneficial.
β’ A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
β’ A strong desire to learn and advance in the field of HR Operations.
