This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +4 more states.
• Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory while effectively managing the CRM pipeline for ICU Medical Infusion Therapy, Devices, Oncology, Specialty products, and Services.
• Develop exceptional presentation skills and convey technical expertise regarding the ICU product line, ensuring alignment with FDA, CDC, SHEA, INS, ONS, ASHP guidelines to engage with Hospital Clinicians professionally.
• Understand the competitive landscape by recognizing the strengths and weaknesses of rival products, positioning ICU Medical’s offerings effectively against them in clinical settings. Serve as the clinical authority and consultative problem solver for clinical and supply chain contacts in the field.
• Familiarize yourself with the designated territory, customer base, contracts, pumps, solutions, distribution models, and other relevant factors.
• Conduct product demonstrations of all ICU products and lead customer meetings.
• Collaborate with sales teams and managers to synchronize sales initiatives with Company and regional objectives.
• Assist field sales in managing customer communications concerning backorders, allocations, pricing, and contracts.
• Participate in special projects as designated and attend all team, regional, and office calls.
• Travel outside the territory on a monthly basis to support education, go-lives, implementations, assessments, and other activities.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is mandatory.
• The position necessitates active and current compliance with all credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination, to fulfill the essential functions of the role at customer locations.
• Typically involves travel exceeding 50% of the time.
