This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate extensive datasets and extract insights from both the demand and supply aspects of the HIV market to enhance CHAI’s partnerships with suppliers, guide strategic decision-making, and measure the impact of CHAI’s initiatives.
• Oversee the creation and upkeep of essential market intelligence communication materials for both internal and external stakeholders, which includes data visualizations, presentations, reports, and various other communication outputs.
• Identify, test, and implement AI-driven methodologies to optimize market intelligence collection, data processing, and content creation.
• Act as a resource for sharing AI knowledge within the HIV program, aiding other teams in adopting and integrating pertinent AI solutions.
• Create and refine quantitative models and analyses to assess the effects of market interventions.
• Assist in data collection and collaborate with CHAI’s country teams to obtain data for analysis and generate valuable market insights.
• Aid in the development and distribution of global forecasts regarding diagnostics and antiretroviral medicines, closely collaborating with global partners and other CHAI teams.
• Present analytical outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Offer ad hoc analytical assistance to various CHAI teams on HIV/AIDS-related inquiries.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by the manager.
• Bachelor’s degree along with 3–5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a comparable environment.
• Strong affinity for analytics and information management, possessing robust analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative modeling capabilities.
• Significant experience with database management and a comfort level working with large datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including the skill to prepare and present information effectively.
• Highly detail-oriented, capable of producing polished work with minimal revisions required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously, self-motivate, and take initiative.
• Strategic thinker, adept at handling ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced, low-structure, multicultural setting.
• Quick learner, able to swiftly assimilate and synthesize a wide array of constantly evolving information.
• Proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and dynamically prioritizing responsibilities.
• Willing to travel 20-30% of the time.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Demonstrated interest in or familiarity with utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance productivity, data analysis, or content generation.
