Associate GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +32 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and expand automated, dependable, and well-documented data pipelines for analytics, legal, and commission purposes.

• Connect CRM, billing, and finance systems using APIs, data pipelines, and reconciliation processes.

• Implement containerized AWS services and create internal applications to support deal desk, quoting, enablement, and sales operations.

• Streamline lead enrichment, data hygiene, quota modifications, and other repetitive tasks.

• Set up version control, testing protocols, error handling, monitoring, and other engineering best practices.

• Sustain and enhance transitions between Sales, Implementation, Contracting, Legal, and Finance teams.

• Diagnose data issues, pipeline malfunctions, and system edge cases.

• Document system architecture, assumptions, and operational runbooks; cross-train other team members.

• Collect requirements, demonstrate builds, manage stakeholder expectations, and convert business needs into technical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• 0–2 years of relevant professional software experience.

• Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Familiarity with SQL and relational data structures.

• Experience with consuming and integrating REST APIs, including aspects like authentication, pagination, and error management.

• Knowledge of version control and exposure to deployment environments, containers, CI, logging, or monitoring tools.

• Regular use of AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.

• Clear interest in sales, revenue, pricing, or business growth.

• Genuine enthusiasm for healthcare operations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Bonus: Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot, knowledge in Revenue Operations, iPaaS automation, data engineering/analytics, GTM tooling, DevOps, or generative AI development.
