Associate General Manager, Creative Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Act as a primary contact and liaison for senior client leadership and everyday requirements.

• Build and nurture client relationships, while aiding in the discovery of new opportunities.

• Lead and engage in monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc business review meetings with clients.

• Enhance and optimize daily operations and processes across all divisions.

• Offer strategic operational enhancements and support their implementation.

• Collaborate with all associated internal RRD teams to manage projects from initial concept to final execution.

• Ensure accountability for the team's impeccable execution and overall performance.

• Assist in staff management responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, coaching, and succession planning.

• Contribute to strategic planning by recognizing the broader perspective and extending beyond the initial scope.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a related field is mandatory.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in leading large teams, alongside client services or account-focused leadership experience.

• Significant experience in business management and leadership.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and pivot tables for thorough data analysis.

• Profound understanding of agency processes, workflows, and culture.

• Strong technical knowledge of CMS systems, Adobe Creative Cloud, and various data import tools and techniques.

• Proven experience in running data profiles and generating metric reports.
