This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the creative vision for commercial video initiatives, ensuring that each production is in line with the client's branding, marketing goals, and overall strategy.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to comprehend client objectives and provide a smooth experience from initial discovery to final delivery.
• Conduct virtual meetings with clients to present creative ideas, gather feedback, and create detailed creative briefs.
• Organize and manage all pre-production tasks, including creative planning, logistics, scheduling, and preparation for shoots.
• Direct video productions on-site, guiding crew members, interviewing on-camera talent, and capturing compelling content.
• Establish rapport with clients and interview subjects to ensure they feel at ease on camera, eliciting genuine stories.
• Offer creative guidance throughout the post-production phase to guarantee that the final output aligns with the approved vision and meets client expectations.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of production workflows, creative standards, and operational processes within the Studios team.
• Remain updated on emerging trends, production methods, and technologies that enhance the quality and impact of our video content.
• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• More than 6 years of professional experience in video production, ideally within an agency, commercial production, or marketing setting.
• Proven experience in leading client-facing commercial video projects from concept to delivery.
• Experience in directing interviews and collaborating with non-professional on-camera talent.
• A portfolio or demo reel that highlights commercial, branded, or marketing-focused video works is mandatory.
• Strong grasp of visual storytelling, commercial production, and brand marketing principles.
• Exceptional client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to confidently steer discussions and foster trust throughout the production journey.
• Capability to juggle multiple projects and excel in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Practical experience with professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Strong creative judgment and problem-solving abilities, with a quick adaptability on set.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and production planning tools for managing creative briefs, schedules, and project documentation.
• Familiarity with AI tools, such as ChatGPT or Claude, to enhance creative ideation, planning, or production workflows.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve is preferred for reviewing edits and collaborating with post-production teams.
