This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Supervise the creative vision and output for clients within a specific industry vertical while acting as the principal creative advisor, converting insights and data into innovative campaigns.
• Manage all facets of the creative process - from strategy to execution and post-production - ensuring that the output meets performance objectives.
• Convert insights and data into innovative campaigns that align creative work with business and channel goals.
• Lead and oversee a team of creative professionals (Creative Strategists, Designers, Editors, etc.), managing 3–4 direct reports at senior levels.
• Foster team development through coaching, clear growth strategies, and training initiatives while overseeing performance, retention, staffing, and promotion recommendations.
• Advocate for high-performance creative workflows, quality assurance processes, and best practices across multiple channels.
• Recognize client growth opportunities through creative-driven retention and expansion initiatives.
• You have experience in roles such as Associate Creative Director, Creative Director, Design Director, Video Director, or Senior Creative Lead at a creative and/or media advertising agency.
• A demonstrated portfolio showcasing your ability to conceptualize, develop, and deliver creative campaigns across various channels.
• Senior-level expertise in one or more executional skill sets: Copywriting, Design, Production, Strategy, or Post Production.
• Extensive experience in collaborating with and managing creative teams across multiple client accounts.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to effectively communicate during presentations and problem-solving situations.
• In-depth knowledge of creative best practices, strategy, compliance, project management, and team leadership.
• Exceptional capacity for original conceptualization coupled with strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience as a focused, strong, and empathetic leader.
