This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• The Associate Creative Director, Copy (ACD) is a key contributor, manager, and leader for brands, setting high standards in craftsmanship for senior-level copywriting team members.
• The ACD demonstrates a proven capability to multitask, delegate, and manage effectively to ensure smooth business operations while actively participating in idea generation and executing excellence.
• Acting as a direct liaison between creative teams and senior account members as well as clients for their assigned brands, the ACD addresses and surpasses both strategic and creative expectations.
• The ACD showcases advanced presentation and persuasion abilities, excelling in leading meetings and promoting work both internally and externally.
• Demonstrated experience in owning, leading, and managing projects across a diverse portfolio of brands, varying in scope, complexity, and channels, while creating a unified brand experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical advertising.
• Capability to create impactful creative solutions throughout the omnichannel journey.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in social media and television/broadcast.
• Must possess extensive DTC experience.
• Acknowledged as a creative leader and contributor on both conceptual and tactical initiatives.
• Highly conceptual thinking is essential.
• Advanced understanding of scientific information and copywriting skills.
• Proven ability to effectively manage teams and handle a high volume of projects.
