📋 Description

• Establish the legal framework for a new healthcare clearinghouse

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Legal

• Oversee customer and vendor contracts

• Facilitate payer trading partner agreements

• Act as Product Counsel for engineering teams

• Enhance legal workflows and automation

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed attorney

• Proficient in healthcare law (BigLaw or in-house experience)

• Strong background in healthcare

• Exceptional judgment

• Capability to translate legal knowledge into business strategies

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience managing high-volume workloads

• Ability to develop scalable processes in a dynamic environment
