Associate Forward Deployed Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the deployment of AI Agents for clients throughout the entire lifecycle — from pre-sales through to post-launch optimization.

• Develop AI roadmaps for the customer’s executive team by integrating both quantitative analysis and qualitative insights; utilize automated conversation discovery tools alongside traditional data analysis.

• Refine prompt and context engineering to align with the customer’s use case and desired business outcomes.

• Take ownership of designing and executing evaluations and A/B testing of AI Agents in collaboration with Forward-Deployed Engineers (FDEs) using Cresta’s agent builder and beta internal tools.

• Enhance our playbooks for agent development and customer deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (e.g., Product Management, Consulting, Implementations, Customer/Sales Engineer, Revenue & Sales Analyst, Investment Banking, Founder).

• A hands-on approach – demonstrating curiosity with a preference for taking action. You deliver results with both urgency and care.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly within a fast-paced startup environment.

• Openness to travel as necessary.
