This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Assist in providing technical and product training while under supervision.
• Take part in tire and solutions testing with oversight.
• Support yard inspections by shadowing seasoned FFOs.
• Contribute to fleet initiatives by observing and documenting findings.
• Learn to perform audits using specified platforms.
• Attend internal training workshops.
• Participate in structured field visits with mentorship.
• Maintain training logs and progress documentation.
• Achieve proficiency in established processes and platforms such as BASYS, Toolbox, OOSTA, etc.
• Comprehend fleet decision-making factors and audit prerequisites.
• Foster relationships with fleets, dealers, and internal teams.
• Transition to the Standard FFO role upon achieving training milestones.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
• A strong interest in fleet operations, automotive services, or logistics—prior experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• A willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Basic communication and teamwork skills, complemented by a positive attitude and customer-first perspective.
• Capability to adhere to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfort with mobile devices or basic software tools; training will be provided for systems and data tools.
• Adaptability and dependability, along with the ability to take direction and adjust to shifting priorities.
• Physical capability to carry out field tasks, including standing, walking, or lifting as necessary.
