Associate Financial Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist around 2 senior lead planners.

• Onboard 2 personal members weekly with live classroom instruction and real-time support from the Director.

• Observe active planning sessions and learn to convey complex topics in a straightforward, jargon-free manner.

• Engage in cross-functional rotations within Member Experience (MX) and Trading & Investment Ops (TIO).

• Evaluate financial inputs, including data, statements, and tax returns, to uncover financial opportunities and tax efficiencies.

• Take ownership of decision-making related to underlying financial strategies and outline structural pathways into the system.

• Convert overarching goals into actionable tactical items and subsequent steps for members.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members when lead planners are unavailable.

• Review incoming messages, address urgent inquiries, and alleviate financial concerns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in financial planning or a related discipline.

• CFP® designation or successfully completed the CFP® exam and within 60 days of fulfilling the experience requirement to utilize the CFP®.

• 0-2 years of experience in the financial services sector, customer success, or a rapidly growing startup environment.

• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a high-trust, tech-enabled setting.
