Associate Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Travel to client locations to deliver service and customer support.

• Identify and resolve malfunctions on all equipment.

• Conduct training sessions for customers on standard Munters equipment.

• Provide technical insights on equipment by submitting comprehensive field service reports.

• Interact professionally with customers in a service-oriented manner, both in person and through written and verbal communication.

• Encourage sales and service of company equipment.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience within the commercial or industrial HVAC sector, or a combination of relevant work experience and successful completion of HVAC/R vocational training.

• Willingness to travel extensively (80%) and by air.

• Must be able to obtain a CFC Certification within 90 days of employment.

• Familiarity with HVAC/Refrigeration systems and their components.

• Experience with PLC (Programmable Logical Controls) is highly preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Basic understanding of electrical schematics is required.
