Associate Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Installs, troubleshoots, and offers technical support for hardware and software related to products and components.

• Conducts scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services, and performs minor repairs on products.

• Evaluates products to ensure proper functioning, addressing identified issues or escalating them as per established protocols.

• Coordinates service appointments, completes all necessary documentation, and collaborates with customers to guarantee satisfaction with service delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required education or equivalent work experience.

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience or a comparable combination of education and experience in Field Services.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet criteria.
