Associate Field Service Engineer – Water Treatment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Carrying out service, repair, and start-up of Trojan’s innovative water treatment systems at client locations.

• Conducting electrical and mechanical assessments, troubleshooting system issues, and assisting clients with the upkeep of their microfiltration and reverse osmosis systems.

• Ensuring the successful execution of both existing and new service agreements while upholding high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Commissioning, decommissioning, inspecting, and repairing Aria Filtra Mobile water treatment units.

• Delivering contractual services to rental clients, addressing technical challenges, and ensuring optimal equipment performance.

• Carrying out assigned project responsibilities and offering support to engineers, colleagues, or clients as necessary, including the installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of Aria Filtra Mobile Systems.

• Traveling throughout the US, primarily via plane or company vehicle, with occasional trips to Canada and Alaska.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in water treatment or related fields (e.g., mining, petrochemical, power generation, food and beverage).

• Proficient in using hand tools and possessing basic computer skills.

• Comfortable with remote work and capable of managing travel logistics.

• Possession of a valid passport.

• Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time within the US, with occasional trips to Canada and Alaska, typically departing on Monday and returning by Friday.
