This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +1 more state.
• Installing, servicing, and repairing laboratory instruments to guarantee optimal performance and reduce downtime.
• Offering on-site technical assistance, conducting preventive maintenance, and providing exceptional customer service to clinical and research laboratories.
• Performing troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and servicing repair tasks on Beckman Coulter equipment.
• Keeping precise customer service logs and internal service records, ordering replacement parts, and complying with cycle times.
• Utilizing business systems such as OBI, Sales Force, and SharePoint for effective Service Call Planning.
• Engaging with various levels of internal and external customers.
• Associate degree (preferably in technical fields such as biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering, or related areas) or equivalent military experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, electronic equipment, and/or instrumentation.
• Willingness to travel – 100% within assigned territory with additional support outside the territory as needed.
• Possess a current valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record over the past three years.
• Capable of lifting, lowering, and carrying up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, turn, crouch/crawl, push/pull, and remain seated or standing for extended periods.
• Demonstrate good hand and finger dexterity.
