Associate Field Medical Marketing Director – Mountain West

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Serves as the main Marketing contact for field intelligence by collecting valuable insights from Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key customers to influence and refine marketing strategies.

• Actively collaborates in brand planning and strategic development across Healthcare Professional (HCP), Patient, and Medical Marketing initiatives as appropriate.

• Oversees the execution of Advisory Board activities from start to finish, which includes recruiting participants to align with Needs Assessments, facilitating sessions, and compiling and sharing key insights.

• Performs field-based market research to produce insights that guide and/or validate brand strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, health policy, scientific, or a related field AND a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing and sales is highly preferred.

• Alternatively, a Master's degree with at least 8 years of similar experience is preferred.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and influencing skills.

• In-depth knowledge of the legal and regulatory landscape in pharmaceutical promotions, industry guidelines, and related compliance issues.

• Proven abilities in strategic thinking, initiative, problem-solving, and creativity, with experience in effectively applying these skills to product positioning and messaging.
