Associate – Executive Search – Spring/Summer 2026 Programme

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Generate market insights and identify leadership talent.

• Actively engage with C-level and senior stakeholders through phone calls, video conferencing, emails, and in-person meetings.

• Assist in both new business development and the growth of existing clients, including fostering repeat business and expanding accounts.

• Contribute to a systematic and transparent search process.

• Aid in the execution of leadership hiring projects that align with business objectives.

• Evolve into a trusted advisor, collaborating as an extension of client teams to enhance leadership capabilities for the future.

• A strong academic background or an early professional track record.

• A drive to pursue a commercially focused career.

• A keen interest in business, leadership, and organizational performance.

• Experience in sales, Sales Development Representative (SDR), or Business Development Representative (BDR) roles.

• Comfortable with outreach, pipeline development, and working towards key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Demonstrated drive, resilience, and accountability.

• Confidence in proactive outreach and stakeholder engagement.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Professional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
