This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Analyze data from energy efficiency programs utilizing Excel and various other tools.
β’ Assess and create methodologies and algorithms to identify savings in electric and fossil fuel usage for residential, commercial, and industrial energy efficiency technologies and initiatives.
β’ Compute energy and demand savings linked to prescriptive and custom energy efficiency actions implemented in residential, commercial, and industrial structures.
β’ Perform on-site validations of energy efficiency actions.
β’ Generate high-quality reports and presentations grounded in engineering methods and findings.
β’ Assist with additional evaluation and research tasks as assigned.
β’ Possess a bachelorβs degree (B.S.) in engineering, physics, environmental sciences, or a related discipline.
β’ Have undertaken coursework, projects, or relevant professional experiences (internship or co-op) related to energy consumption, energy efficiency, clean energy, or sustainability in the built environment.
β’ Have a grasp of the engineering principles that govern building energy usage.
β’ Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and possess some knowledge of Python.
β’ Be detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality assurance.
β’ Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills along with solid technical research capabilities.
β’ Excel in managing multiple time-sensitive priorities.
