This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Assist in the strategy and business development activities for CCF's initiatives by identifying funding opportunities, crafting proposals, conducting research, and facilitating the establishment of strategic partnerships to enhance program scaling.
• Aid in the planning, execution, coordination, and reporting of assigned startup acceleration programs to ensure seamless delivery and effective participant involvement.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of capacity-building and ecosystem programs aimed at diverse stakeholders.
• Help develop and maintain program materials, coordinate participant outreach, and support learning initiatives.
• Oversee daily program operations, including application processes, participant onboarding, program timelines, mentor matching, session scheduling, and coordination of both virtual and in-person program activities.
• Keep track of dashboards, trackers, and program documentation to monitor cohort engagement and progress towards deliverables.
• Act as a primary point of contact for assigned startups, aspiring entrepreneurs, and program participants.
• Foster ongoing engagement through regular communication, check-ins, feedback collection, and coordination to improve program delivery.
• Assist in the identification, outreach, and onboarding of mentors, speakers, industry experts, and ecosystem partners for various programs and initiatives.
• Support outreach campaigns aimed at startups, entrepreneurs, and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Perform market research, ecosystem analysis, and secondary research to identify promising startups, emerging trends, and new innovation opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and program teams to aid in the development of program presentations, curriculum materials, newsletters, social media content, and other knowledge resources.
• Help prepare impact reports, program reports, startup case studies, and other documentation that highlights program outcomes and lessons learned.
• Work closely with CCF teams to ensure effective coordination, knowledge sharing, and alignment of activities with overarching program goals and organizational priorities.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in areas such as Environmental Studies, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of professional experience in program management, community building, or partnerships, preferably within the development, climate, or entrepreneurship sectors.
• A strong passion for climate technology and a dedication to making a positive environmental impact.
• Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholders, coordinating multi-partner initiatives, and sustaining partnerships.
• Exceptional program management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Capacity to develop and review content for presentations, reports, outreach materials, and knowledge resources.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities, including data interpretation and reporting skills.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, collaborative environments with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership and accountability.
