This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Provide editorial leadership and strategic direction.
• Collaborate closely with the central team to analyze brand requirements, platform opportunities, and market intricacies to develop the content strategy.
• Convert strategic insights into clear, actionable deliverables for stakeholders, including master presentations and simplified summaries.
• Establish guidelines and frameworks that empower teams to produce high-quality work at scale.
• Maintain both strategic focus and creative ambition, ensuring that all produced content adheres to a high editorial standard.
• Oversee editorial output across various European markets, ensuring consistency in creativity and tone of voice, the adoption of central templates, formats, and content franchises, as well as alignment with overall content and channel growth strategies.
• Serve as the primary liaison between central leadership and market teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication in both directions.
• Balance the central vision with local nuances to enable markets to create work that is culturally relevant and strategically aligned.
• Provide structure and momentum across multiple workstreams, ensuring teams remain aligned and productive.
• Demonstrate extensive platform knowledge across key social media channels, including trends, formats, algorithm changes, and audience behavior.
• Ensure that all content embodies best-in-class social practices and is optimized for performance.
• Identify emerging trends and translate them into clear briefs and opportunities for teams.
• Manage content calendars and publishing systems, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and visibility across markets.
• Create and sustain workflows that empower teams to work efficiently while unlocking their creative potential.
• Collaborate closely with paid media and influencer teams to enhance content impact through boosting and creator partnerships.
• Oversee the approval process for content concepts, presentations, and publishing plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders on a daily basis, fostering strong, trusted relationships.
• Present work, updates, and strategic insights with clarity and confidence, including to senior stakeholders.
• Effectively manage feedback loops, responding promptly while preserving the integrity of the creative and strategic direction.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in social or content leadership roles, preferably within entertainment, music, or culture-driven brands.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-market or large-scale content initiatives.
• Possess a systems-oriented mindset, capable of constructing structures that facilitate creativity at scale.
• Be a confident leader, comfortable managing relationships at all levels in fast-paced environments.
• Have a deep understanding of social platforms, content formats, and audience behaviors.
• Exhibit strong strategic thinking skills, able to convert vision into actionable execution.
• Highly organized, skilled in managing multiple workstreams while remaining composed under pressure.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities, with experience presenting to senior clients.
• Utilize a data-informed approach, leveraging insights to guide decisions and enhance output.
• Be deeply immersed in music, podcast, and internet culture, with a continuous curiosity for what’s next.
