This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Act as the primary liaison for large community urology group practices.
• Position the company as a leader in the industry while supporting healthcare partners and providers.
• Enhance patient health outcomes and establish trust as a reliable resource.
• Oversee accounts within the South Atlantic region.
• Cultivate and sustain trust among colleagues, stakeholders, and customers.
• Navigate through challenging and unclear situations while effectively prioritizing tasks and achieving objectives.
• Influence others and lead without formal authority in complex scenarios.
• Deliver approved disease and product information to key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Optimize the appropriate use of the product portfolio while supplying customer resources that enhance patient outcomes.
• Tailor responses to customer needs utilizing sanctioned company resources and messaging.
• Examine treatment decision factors, including pathways, protocols, care sites, guidelines, and quality initiatives.
• Leverage internal data and analytics to assess account performance and identify engagement opportunities.
• Formulate and implement coordinated, long-term account strategies.
• Utilize approved messaging and resources with healthcare business partners.
• Coordinate local account teams to ensure contract execution and respond to local contract inquiries.
• Develop strategic account plans in alignment with marketing direction.
• Align brand strategy and tactics with customer requirements and business goals.
• Foster relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers.
• Identify approved resources that correspond with customer requirements.
• Comprehend enterprise access points and stakeholders who facilitate and operationalize access.
• Collect, disseminate, and communicate customer information internally using approved tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree OR a minimum high school diploma with at least 4 years of related work experience.
• At least 2 years of pertinent experience in healthcare, life sciences, sales, account management, or managed care.
• Relevant experience may encompass professional sales, marketing, military, or background in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sectors.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Capability to establish and nurture valuable customer relationships with senior healthcare executives and key opinion leaders.
• Proven financial acumen, with the ability to articulate value propositions and negotiate when necessary.
• Strong comprehension of the healthcare ecosystem.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional, matrix organizations.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Preferred: advanced degree.
• Preferred: familiarity with local market relationships and customer insights.
• Preferred: current experience in account management within large Oncology group practices and integrated delivery networks focused on Oncology and Hematology.
