This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +8 more states.
• Develop and shape the commercial strategy by engaging effectively with key opinion leaders and influential healthcare professionals within the MPN community.
• Act as the strategic liaison for KOLs both internally and externally.
• Foster trusted partnerships and connect insights among various stakeholders.
• Guide brand strategies, lifecycle management, launch readiness, speaker development, and commercial execution.
• Oversee cross-functional planning for strategic KOL engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales Leadership, Clinical Development, Training, and Executive Leadership.
• Direct KOL engagement activities during congresses.
• Suggest speakers, support speaker training, and supervise speaker programs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners managing advisory boards to handle advisor recruitment, establish objectives, and assist with execution.
• Formulate regional thought leader engagement strategies that align with commercial priorities.
• Identify, prioritize, and engage both established and emerging hematology-oncology experts.
• Cultivate new KOL relationships through outreach, field presence, congress participation, and networking.
• Assess KOL suitability for potential collaborations.
• Establish long-term partnerships with KOLs and devise customized engagement strategies.
• Work alongside Sales and commercial partners to enhance HCP relationships with PharmaEssentia.
• Translate field insights into actionable recommendations for brand strategy, customer engagement, lifecycle planning, and launch readiness.
• Identify treatment trends, competitive dynamics, referral patterns, unmet needs, and customer perceptions.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing on messaging, positioning, educational priorities, and commercial initiatives.
• Lead the gathering of insights through individual engagements, small-group meetings, conferences, and advisory steering committees.
• Build, support, and manage advisory steering committees.
• Identify and nurture future regional and national experts.
• Broaden the diversity of clinical voices in the evolving MPN treatment landscape.
• Engage KOLs to communicate the BESREMi value story through video content, KOL-led education, speakers bureau, and internal meetings.
• Develop regional speaker and faculty pipelines.
• Enhance expert participation in critical engagements.
• Utilize CRM, AI-enabled insight management platforms, and analytics to pinpoint engagement trends and opportunities.
• Leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to refine engagement strategies.
• Report insights through AI management tools and other channels to make strategic marketing recommendations.
• A BS/BA or equivalent is required, preferably in Marketing, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
• Extensive experience in Hematology-Oncology is mandatory.
• Experience with Myeloproliferative Neoplasm (MPN), leukemia, or other rare hematologic malignancies is highly preferred.
• Proven success in building relationships with nationally and regionally recognized hematology-oncology experts.
• Experience in leading congress strategy, speaker development, advisory board strategy, and insight generation is strongly preferred.
• Strong scientific and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical skills necessary to evaluate insights and identify actionable themes.
• Strategic thinking aligned with regional marketing goals.
• Understanding of industry trends and target audience demographics.
• A collaborative team player who can work independently.
• Ability to lead by influence across teams.

• Knowledge of the compliance environment in pharmaceutical promotions.
• Willingness to travel 50–70% of the time, including evenings and weekends.
