Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective experts in the dermatology field, including Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and Biologic Coordinators.

• Establish and oversee relationships with Key Opinion Leaders across selected districts.

• Plan and coordinate KOL activities and events that align with the brand's KOL engagement strategy.

• Identify and evaluate potential promotional speakers.

• Provide coaching for promotional speakers and manage communications with them.

• Collaborate with home office teams to create and implement marketing and educational initiatives.

• Act as a representative for the Tremfya and ICOTYDE Dermatology brands.

• Propel healthcare innovation throughout the Southeast region.

• Engage in local and regional travel, including evening events, overnight stays, and weekends.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• At least 7 years of relevant industry experience is needed.

• A minimum of 2 years in people management or project management is required.

• Focus on biotechnology sales or marketing is preferred.

• Experience in medical dermatology therapeutic markets is advantageous.

• Proven ability to manage and enhance customer relationships.

• A demonstrated history of success and leadership is essential.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively share insights and ideas.

• Capability to analyze complex business scenarios and pinpoint innovative solutions.

• Background in vendor management is necessary.

• A commitment to learning about emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration and application over time is preferred.

• This role is non-demand generating and field-based.

• Up to 60% of local/regional travel is required, including evening events, overnight stays, and weekend travel.

• Candidates should live within the Southeast region and be conveniently located near a major airport.
