This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop site selection and expansion strategies.
• Oversee risk-based activation, certification, and training initiatives for new treatment centers.
• Manage comprehensive cell therapy workflows, including apheresis, product handling, infusion, and documentation.
• Foster audit readiness, deviation management, CAPA implementation, and ongoing improvement within regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Medical, Market Access, Compliance, and Commercial teams.
• Establish relationships with investigators, physicians, nurses, apheresis teams, cell therapy laboratories, and site leadership.
• Align site requirements with supply chain timelines, COI/COC processes, and regional account modifications.
• Create and deliver training for site personnel and junior team members.
• Address SOP deviations and execute corrective measures.
• Conduct research and internal reporting on standards, performance, and guidelines across various countries and local contexts.
• Travel up to 50% to engage with sites, support activations, and ensure operational oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in Cell Therapy.
• 8 years of clinical experience in a hospital environment and/or industry.
• 6 years of CAR-T experience preferred.
• Preferred degree in nursing, Life Sciences, healthcare administration, or Business.
• Proficient in service lines, including infrastructure, resourcing, costs, and quality metrics.
• Proven ability to meet timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Experience working collaboratively with internal and external providers.
• Strong knowledge of cell therapy standards and regulations.
• Experience in selecting and supervising external providers and developing contracts.
• Advanced scientific degree or equivalent experience is desirable.
• Comprehensive understanding of patient operations, manufacturing interfaces, quality, regulatory, and market access is desirable.
• Experience in project management is desirable.
• Program or quality qualifications such as PMP or CPHQ are desirable.
• Experience in academic and sponsor settings across various countries is desirable.
• Early-phase delivery experience throughout the product lifecycle and multiple therapeutic areas is desirable.
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience is desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
