This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the technical training strategy for North America, ensuring alignment with commercial and customer success objectives.
• Identify skill gaps and create learning solutions aimed at enhancing technical expertise, productivity, customer retention, and field efficiency.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and assessment methods to evaluate skill advancement, performance enhancement, and business impact.
• Support readiness and capability growth for new products and technologies.
• Oversee the design, execution, and ongoing improvement of technical customer, leadership, and onboarding training programs.
• Develop role-specific learning paths and certification tracks for field and customer-facing personnel.
• Assess and adopt innovative learning technologies, methodologies, and tools.
• Ensure that the curriculum remains up-to-date, effective, and aligned with organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Global Training leaders to pinpoint and prioritize development needs related to products, processes, tools, and skills.
• Lead and mentor a team of managers and training professionals responsible for technical curriculum development and delivery.
• Manage external training vendors and strategic learning partnerships.
• Direct the strategy and execution of National Sales and Service Meetings, providing leadership, content, and training support for regional meetings throughout the year to ensure consistent capability building, field preparedness, and alignment with commercial goals.
• Oversee training budgets, resources, project portfolios, and program implementation.
• Promote continuous improvement through needs assessments, learner feedback, performance metrics, and business results.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination across all training initiatives.
• Perform additional work-related duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including over 7 years in healthcare diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotech, or related technical fields.
• Leadership experience in managing teams and developing talent.
• Strong strategic planning, program management, facilitation, and change leadership skills.
• Experience in designing and implementing technical training programs, curricula, and competency frameworks.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
