📋 Description

• Reporting to the Senior Director of Study Feasibility & Clinical Partnerships, this role provides strategic leadership for protocol and site feasibility across the Care Access Site Network.

• Manages the comprehensive lifecycle of clinical vendor partnerships.

• Develops and enhances feasibility strategies, ensuring thorough site evaluations.

• Facilitates the identification, sourcing, qualification, onboarding, negotiation, and performance management of essential vendors.

• Directs data-driven feasibility assessments throughout the site network.

• Leads cost-effective procurement strategies while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

• Fosters impactful vendor partnerships to ensure successful study execution.


⛳️ Requirements

• Strong grasp of clinical protocols, general clinical research processes, startup workflows, and Good Clinical Practice.

• Prior clinical research experience with the capability to discuss protocol clinical elements with vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; adept at building relationships across diverse teams.

• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment; capable of making evidence-based decisions.

• Experience collaborating with site networks, sponsors, and CROs; direct site-based experience is highly valued.

• Demonstrated leadership, judgment, and decision-making skills in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines, and cross-functional initiatives.

• Proven capacity to negotiate and articulate Care Access’s value to vendors, sponsors, and investigators.

• Strong project and process management skills complemented by a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

• Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and foresight in anticipating risks.

• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and data tracking for KPIs and vendor performance.

• Experience in designing and implementing new processes tailored to organizational needs.
